錘式破碎機(jī)是通過(guò)電動(dòng)機(jī)帶動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子在破碎腔內(nèi)高速旋轉(zhuǎn)。物料自上部給料口給入機(jī)內(nèi)，受高速運(yùn)動(dòng)的錘子的打擊、沖擊、剪切、研磨作用而粉碎。在轉(zhuǎn)子下部，設(shè)有篩板、粉碎物料中小于篩孔尺寸的粒級(jí) 通過(guò)篩板排出，大于篩孔尺寸的粗粒級(jí) 阻留在篩板上繼續(xù)受到錘子的打擊和研磨， 最后通過(guò)篩板排出機(jī)外，達(dá)到破碎石料的目的。

該機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、破碎比大。適用于中等和中等以下硬度、進(jìn)料粒度≤300mm、出料粒度≤40mm石料的破碎。

The electromotor of the Hammer Crusher drives the rotor to rotate in a high speed in the crushing cavity. When the building stones are fed from the feeding port on the top, they are crushed by the hammering, striking, shearing and grinding of the high-speed hammer. Under the rotor there is a screen deck; the crushed building stones which are smaller than the pore can pass the deck and be discharged. However those building stones which are larger than the pore are kept on the deck and stroke and ground again and again until they are discharged.

The machine has simple structure and large ratio of crushing. It is suitable for crushing stones with medium or less hardness and feeding granularity is less than or equal to 300mm, discharging granularity is less than or equal to 40mm.
